Using our cad software which enables us to design the packaging in 3d, it then lays it flat. We then can cut out the cardboard on our laser cutter. Adjusted correctly no burning is left on the card. We use a lower setting to add score lines. We are happy to accommodate small  or large quantities. Please call us to discuss your packaging requirements. Our large format Laser cutter is able to cope with a flattened box of 2500mm x1300mm.
